1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing the **Call Bomber 2026** platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Our tools are provided "as-is" for technical demonstration and entertainment purposes.

2. Ethical Use & Responsibility

The Service is intended for use on phone numbers for which you have explicit permission to test or prank. You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Harassment, stalking, or malicious intent against any individual.
• Disrupting emergency services, government agencies, or healthcare facilities.
• Automated attacks for commercial gain or competitive sabotage.

You assume full legal and moral responsibility for the use of the Service on any target number.

3. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee 100% delivery for any prank session. Success rates depend on carrier-level filters, target DND settings, and regional gateway availability. We reserve the right to throttle or block any IP address or target number that exhibits signs of abuse or "Nuclear Bombing" (excessive repeated sessions).

4. Intellectual Property

All scripts, design elements (including the "Cyber-Atmospheric" UI), and custom SIP routing protocols are the intellectual property of the **CORE Architecture** team. Unauthorized mirroring or reverse-engineering of our API endpoints is prohibited.

5. Modification of Terms

We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
